Barbell lifts are a staple for every strength and conditioning program. This strength program contains instructional videos for the main barbell lifts like the Bench, Squat and Deadlift. Not only will you increase your strength, but you will be doing it safely and effectively
12 weeks - Advanced Fitness Experience Preferred
This program lays the foundation for building athleticism within an individual. An emphasis is placed on increasing the rate of force production and reactive strength qualities. In other words, getting a person to be DANG athletic!
